Quilts On The Wall is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of quilts submitted, displayed, stored, or transported as part of any event, exhibition, or activity. While reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of all quilts, participants acknowledge the unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

By submitting or displaying a quilt with QOTW, the owner assumes all risk of loss of damage and agrees to hold the Organization, its members and volunteers harmless from any claims arising from such loss or damage. Owners are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage.

Payment Confirmation
After you submit your payment, you will see a small message at the top of the page saying that your payment was successful. You will remain on the same page.

Please note:

1) Do not submit another payment.
2) Check your email for a payment confirmation from service@paypal.com. This confirms your payment went through.
3) If you do not receive a confirmation email, you can contact us at info@quiltsonthewall.com, and we will verify your payment.
4) If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please email info@quiltsonthewall.com to request a refund.
